A "Personal Relation Officer" for Colleges, often referred to as a "Public Relations Officer (PRO)" in the education sector, is a staff member responsible for managing the College's image and communication with the community, including parents, students, media, and potential new families, by promoting positive news, handling inquiries, and maintaining a strong public perception of the institution.

The Public Relations Officer shall be responsible for ensuring that the University and its activities, achievements and awards are communicated appropriately to both the internal and external public. He shall handle activities including branding, media liaisoning in all the within and outside the university.
